During the registration process you will be able to select your mid-conference field trip and optional pre-conference field trip. We recommend that you look at the pre-conference and mid-conference field trip options before starting the registration process.
Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by email. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact customer services.
All bookings should be paid by debit/credit card with immediate payment. Please note, we are unable to issue invoices for registration payment or accept checks.
Substitutions may be made at any time, but please advise customer services of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify customer services immediately. Provided written notice is received by Friday August 17, 2012, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Friday August 31, 2012, a 50% refund will be given. There will be no refunds for registrations cancelled after Friday August 31, 2012, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
Presenting authors are reminded that they must register to attend the conference by Friday April 27, 2012. If a representative is not registered by this date, the abstract will be withdrawn from the program.
Are you looking for an alternative to a Wednesday field trip? Spend the day at the Convention Center and join environmental activists from the mid-Ohio region for a full day of workshops, debates and discussions on how to produce global environmental outcomes through local projects. Sessions will include both local and international speakers. You can learn how local citizens promote ecosystem restoration through policy campaigns and personal actions.
